We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Integration Developer to join our team. The IT Integration Developer will actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions to facilitate seamless communication between various systems and applications within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of integration technologies, programming languages, and data formats, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team. This position works in a team environment at our office in Lexington, KY. This is not a remote position.

This position reports to the Director of Software Integration and Development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft applications.
  • Work closely with the business to design and implement MuleSoft solutions for business systems integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mulesoft applications, including identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MuleSoft application processes to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange.
  • Create documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides, to support MuleSoft development and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in MuleSoft development.
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration.
  • Strong experience in SOA, REST, and web services.
  • Experience in Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, API Management, and CloudHub.
  • Must possess a good understanding of SOA and integration patterns.
  • Experience administering SalesForce, NetSuite, or other busine4ss systems are desirable but not required.
  • Experience developing workflows in SalesForce is desirable but not required.
